You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused and unopened
Be in its original condition and undamaged
Be returned in the original packaging
Include a proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used personal care or beauty products.

Gift cards
Opened tools or accessories used for personal care

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if necessary)
We will respond within 2–4 business days with instructions
If approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping steps
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping fees
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Any original shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get another item, please return the original order and place a new one.
